The problem
Recognition is a core tenet of a national insurance provider’s company values. With a large domestic employee base, the insurance company understands the exponential benefits of a motivated, engaged workforce and ecosystem.

“These programs have a distinct correlation to our values,” said the company’s senior consultant for events, recognition, and incentives. “Collaboration and recognition are central to how we operate."
Prior to 2022, the insurer used another incentives vendor to send sales incentives. However, the senior consultant had to go through the previous vendor’s customer service team to do everything from submitting recipients to editing the messages each person received.
“There was no transparency,” said the senior consultant, who manages these programs. “And we couldn’t have more than one promotion running at a time.”
